So I lost the bet...

Friday was an awesome day for the Russell Family. Erin went in for her comprehensive sonagram. So we got to see our baby on screen and almost as large as life. Though to our surprise, the doctor had some contradicting information for us. As it turns out we are not having a baby girl as we had originally thought. We are in fact having a baby boy! Holy CRAP!! My jaw just about hit the floor when that little bombshell was dropped on me. Her mother and sisters were in tow for the festivities as well, which was nice. All of us crammed around the little table starring at the screen was quite comical.
So, after learning the sex, it was on to more important things like getting a more accurate due date and listening to the heart beat and taking some measurements and all of that technical nonsense. So, we got some pictures from that. We are all extremely excited to be having a little boy join the family. His name will be Leonard Graham Russell. We decided to name him after my Pepe and Uncle Leonard, Erin's Grandfather's last name (Graham), and of course the last name was easy to choose. He is due July 5th and we can't wait! So without further ado, I present to you Leonard Graham Russell.



So, that is my baby boy! He was moving around so much during the sonogram that we got to see basically every angle of his body, which was really cool. We'll be keeping everyone posted on any developments that may be coming. Ciao.
