We're on our way to the mortgage company to close on our very first house. It's a beautiful 3/1 home in Riverside built in 1918. It's a craftsman style with a nice big porch and I can't wait to start on the renovations! I'll post pictures and more about our journey to this moment after the keys are in my hand and I can throw the "for sale" sign into the bin.
