God's Favor

I have another update that I will be posting soon with all sorts of cuddly wuddly photos of Leonard in all his glory, but first I wanted to share with everyone what happened, literally, the moment he was born.This is Leonard just seconds after he was born. Before anyone breaks into the "oh how cute...blah blah", let me explain that the light that you see is not a trick of the camera. Our son was literally born with a halo around him. Some may think that I'm making this up or that it could have been "anything", let me assure you that I know what I saw and I know what I felt when the light hit me. It was by far the most amazing and glorious encounter I've ever had in my life (and this has been one strange year for me). Whether Leonard grows to be a prodigy or a great scientist or an enigmatic pastor, nobel prize winner, whatever, is inconsequential. What is important is that God has given him grace at the moment he was brought into this world and I just wanted to share that with everyone. Stay tuned for more photos.
